Bob Mikelskas, Team Leader

First and foremost father of four beautiful children, next a Real Estate Agent, and finally a painfully inconsistent golfer.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Bob moved to Maryland in 1991 to attend Johns Hopkins University. After graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Bob found his passion in helping people realize their dream of home ownership. 

Bob spent the first 20 years of his career in the industry, on the mortgage side as Vice President and Co-Owner of Atlantic Home Equity. In 2017, he decided he could make more of an impact as a Real Estate Agent.  His extensive knowledge regarding the lending side of the business has been a tremendous asset to his clients and sets him apart from the “typical” Real Estate Agent.

Bob works tirelessly with his clients through every step of the home buying and selling process. His education, experience, and passion provide his clients the absolute best service in the industry. Bob has been a top producing agent in Central Maryland (Top 4%) since 2019 and is a Member of the Baltimore Real Producers. He is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania.  

Ceyon Brock, Team Member

Ceyon is a wife, mother of six beautiful children, and grandmother of three.  She loves spending time with family and friends and her favorite pastimes are traveling, catching a good movie, and roller skating.  She has spent the last twenty-three years in the IT field, and most recently has decided to fulfill her dream in real estate.

Although Ceyon is a new realtor she is eager to help assist buyers with their dreams of home ownership.  She has the patience and desire to help people achieve this awesome experience by paying attention to exactly what her client’s needs are and going above and beyond to find the home that best suits them. 

Patricia Abrams, Team Member

Since 2017, Patricia Abrams has proudly helped individuals and families find their place to call home. She has a special heart for first-time home buyers, taking the time to listen, educate, and support them through each step of the process. Patricia believes that every home purchase is more than a transaction—it’s the start of a new chapter and a stronger community.

Before becoming a Realtor, Patricia served as a Baltimore County police officer and later owned a private investigation company. Those experiences shaped her dedication to service, honesty, and attention to detail—qualities her clients know they can count on.

Patricia has been married to her husband, Alan, for seven wonderful years. Together, they enjoy bird watching, photography, and Jeeping through the outdoors. A proud mother of four grown children and grandmother of three, Patricia understands the importance of family, connection, and home—values she brings to every client relationship.
