Rich earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore in 1992. Mr. Rosario is a 1989 graduate of Towson University, studying business and Economics. Since 1992, Rich has owned and managed a full-service real estate brokerage and land title practice completing approximately 100,000 residential sales and highly complex commercial transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic area and the State of Florida. Rich has represented fortune 500 companies, national charitable organizations, United States Government Departments and affiliates, builders, developers and private investors. Rich is a member of the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the Coastal Association of Realtors, and the Howard County Association of Realtors.

Ceyon is a wife, mother of six beautiful children, and grandmother of three.
